Please Note FlyBase no longer curates genomic clone accessions so this list may not be complete
Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

In an EMS screen for dominant modifiers of the eye phenotype caused by expression of sensScer\UAS.cNa under the control of Scer\GAL4lz-gal4. 15 alleles of msk have been isolated in the screen.
msk is required for cell proliferation and survival in phase 0 of eye development, as well as for correct ommatidial rotation (and not chirality) in phase 2.
msk is required for cell proliferation in the larval stage, and later for the survival of postmitotic cells.
Identification: in a yeast two hybrid screen for interactors with csw protein.
Identification: Screen for proteins that bind csw protein.
Identification: Yeast two hybrid screen for proteins that interact specifically with the carboxyl terminal region of the csw protein.
Since this locus was identified as a suppressor of blistering, the gene has been named "moleskin".
Name "dim-7" denotes the strikingly DIMinished activated MAP kinase immunostaining observed in embryos mutant for Importin 7/RanBP7.
