AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.

mthl1 transcripts are observed in stripes that correlate with the folds of the wing disc. They are enriched on the apical sides of the folds.
mthl1 expression is detected at stage 4 along the ventral surface including the cephalic furrow and extending around the posterior pole with expression visible in the proctodeal invagination during stage 5. By stage 8, it is observed in the cephalic furrow, proctodeum, and ventral mesoderm. In stage 11, expression is seen in the visceral mesoderm and epidermis. mthl1 is detected later in the emerging midgut, hindgut, and four Malpighian tubules ending in expression in the hindgut and portions of the foregut.

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
