Click to get a list of regulatory features (enhancers, TFBS, etc.) and gene disruptions (point mutations, indels, etc.) within or overlapping Dmel\lms using the Feature Mapper tool.
lms is expressed in clusters of cells in the somatic mesoderm starting in the thoracic segments in embryonic stage 11 and in the abdominal segments in stage 12 initially as a single cell in each hemisegment. This expands to three to four cells per hemisegment in stage 12-13. From stage 15, it is expressed in the lateral transverse muscles (LT1-4) in the abdominal segments and in T2 and T3. In T1 it is expressed in muscle VT1.
