Other Comments dsRNA has been made from templates generated with primers directed against this gene. RNAi of
pygo causes a reduction in the arborization of ddaD and ddaE neurons. There is a severe reduction in primary branch outgrowth, lateral branching and lateral branch length. Additionally, there is also inappropriate dendritic routing of ddaE neurons.
