Please Note FlyBase no longer curates genomic clone accessions so this list may not be complete
Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

Source for merge of: msta CG32799
FlyBase curator comment: Renamed from 'msta' to 'SmydA-8' as part of the systematic Smyd gene nomenclature review (FBrf0229184), and because the 'msta' symbol appears to be based solely on a sequence record (FBrf0112438) with unknown etymology and hasn't been widely used since.
Annotations CG32799 and CG32800 merged as CG33548 (which corresponds to msta) in release 4.1 of the genome annotation.
Annotation CG18033 split into CG32799 and CG32800 (msta) in release 3 of the genome annotation.
