Please Note FlyBase no longer curates genomic clone accessions so this list may not be complete
Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

There is no evidence that CG5519 encodes a GTP binding protein. FBrf0122136 seems to have mis-identified it as a G-protein, based only on the fact that it has WD40 repeats. For these reasons, the FlyBase symbol/name for this gene has reverted from 'Gbp/GTP-binding-protein' to CG5519.
Source for merge of Gbp BcDNA:LD02793 was sequence comparison ( date:000202 ).
Identified only as a PCR sequence; identity to other GTP binding protein encoding genes unknown.
