Please Note FlyBase no longer curates genomic clone accessions so this list may not be complete
Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
FlyBase curator comment: the CG6854 isoform that is referred to as "CTPsyn-RA" in FBrf0220954 has been split out into a separate gene in FlyBase (represented by the CG45071 annotation) since the paper was originally published. Isoforms referred to in the paper as "CTPsyn-RC" and "CTPsyn-RB" remain as transcripts of the CTPsyn gene in FlyBase. Thus, data from FBrf0220954 pertaining to the "CTPsyn-RA" isoform has been removed from the FlyBase entry for CTPsyn and is instead now located under the CG45071 gene.
Annotation CG6854 split into CG45070 (corresponds to CTPsyn) and CG45071 in release 5.54 of the genome annotation. Split based on RNA-seq data and BLAST data.
