CG43173 and CG43174 have been merged and are now lncRNA:CR43174. They share a common 5' exon and have distinct 3' exons. The two isoforms have different expression patterns. lncRNA:CR43174-RC has patterned expression in the leg, antennal, and wing discs. lncRNA:CR43174-RB has ubiquitous expression in leg, antennal, eye, and wing discs.
