AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see GBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

The pch complementation group may correspond to tyn; in a complementation test, a pch mutant allele failed to complement the lethality of a tyn allele.
CG17131 was annotated as a dicistronic annotation in release 3.1 of the genome annotation. However, it does not appear to be a dicistronic gene, and in release 4.2 of the genome annotation, CG17131 (which corresponds to SP71) has been annotated with a single open reading frame (ORF) that encompasses both the ORFs that were annotated in the dicistronic version.
Identified as a putative component of the matrix, and named after one of the characters in the eponymous movie.
