Description	Short sequencing reads of cDNA prepared from polyadenylated RNA isolated from third instar larvae exposed to rotenone (2ug/ml for 12 hours). Transcriptome represented as frequency of strand-specific reads along genome (see GBrowse presentation; data in wiggle format); this collection is composed of uniquely aligned reads. Sample preparation	Third instar larvae were cultured on food supplemented with rotenone (2ug/ml) for 12 hours; 7.8% lethality was observed. Survivors were flash frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 degrees C prior to RNA preparations. See report for modENCODE_mRNA-Seq_treatments for information on RNA isolation.
