Position, direction, both wrt su(s) and transcript size are consistent with this being EG:115C2.8. 2. Please merge ESTS:99F6T and EG:BACR7A4.20 as EG:BACR7A4.20. Based on sequence identity. 3. Please merge A3-3 & EG:33C11 as A3-3. - size of protein, both 613aa - both have bZIP domains A3-3 said to be match to Human ATF3; BLASTP of this (P18847) against fly has EG:33C11.1 as its best match - though not impressive score = 121; expect 1.6e-11. BLASTP with Human FOS (P01100) hits EG:33C11.1 as second best. 4. Please merge anon-2Bd & EG:63B12.2 as EG:63B12.2. This is on the evidence that both are in the very short region between trr and arm; direction and size are consistent. 5. Please merge anon-2Ea & Cyp4e4.
