Gene CG12846 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: The submitted sequence for  BcDNA:GH07074  is longer than the Celera
sequence by
N-terminal 32 amino acids. These upstream amino acids can be found in the
Celera
sequence. Translation of upstream amino acids 21-32 are found in frame with
Celera initiating Met and amino acids 1-20 are on an further upstream exon.
I have not worked out coordinates (sorry).
Please amend the CDS and mRNA feature.
