Comments: CDS feature of Celera sequence (AE003418; AAF45541) has a different splice site for the first exon/intron junction compared to EDGP annotation (AL132792; CAB65848) and sequence submission from Nguyen et al U88578; AAD09632.1. The differing splice sites means the length of the protein varies from 2221-2224 amino acids.
