To: flybase-updates@XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Subject: Isolation and Characterization of Df(2R)BSC19 Isolation and Characterization of Df(2R)BSC19 Megan Deal-Herr and Kevin Cook Bloomington Stock Center Df(2R)BSC19 was isolated as a P transposase-induced male recombination event involving P{EP}EP951 and P{lacW}l(2)s4831s4831. The deletion was isolated as a cn1-bw1 recombinant chromosome from the cross cn1 bw1 females x cn1 P{EP}EP951/P{lacW}l(2)s4831s4831 bw1 sp1; TMS, P{Delta2-3}/+ males.
