>>If you are not sure, can you give me some more information on the one
>that you used to help me identify it? Where did you get the line from?
>Has it been published before? If so where?
>>nrtM54>========
the source of nrtM54 is discussed in the text. The mutant that has
traditionally been called dabM54 (from Gertler and Hoffmann) is
actually a mutation in nrt, as was shown recently by Liebl et al
(Development, 2003; also referenced in the text)
>We do not have a nrt allele with this name. Can you give me some more

>been published before? If so where and under what name? If its a new
>allele can you give me some details? What was the mutagen used to make
>this allele? What are the molecular details of this allele?
>>trio123.4>===========
trio 123.4 is from Eric Liebl. What he told me is that it is an
imprecise excision of the P-element in l(3)036810
>We do not have a trio allele with this name. Can you give me some more

>been published before? If so where and under what name? If its a new
>allele can you give mesome details? What was the mutagen used to make
>this allele? What are the molecular details of this allele?
>>sim-GAL4
>========
>You use a sim-GAL4 line in your paper. We have 2 of these constructs in our
>records \- is it one of these?
We got sim-GAL4 from Steve Crews, so my guess would be that it is the
P3.7, but that is just a guess.
