North Carolina at Greensboro, described three constructs in a poster at the last fly meeting: Lake, J., Na, C., Buckner, S., LaJeunesse, D. Organization of intracellular membrane bound compartments. A. Dros. Res. Conf. 44 2003 :259A FBrf0155063 The constructs encode EYFP with sequences that target the protein to the mitochondria, the Golgi or the endoplasmic reticulum. The 'pSpSq' sequence in the vectors is the promoter from the spaghetti squash (sqh) gene, which is expressed ubiquitously.
