Text of Personal Communication	1. finalR4TEannot.original.txt This file contains a list of all the natural transposable elements in Release 4 of the D. melanogaster genome sequence. These data were generated using version 9.0 of the BDGP TE reference sequences set and a combined-evidence TE annotation pipeline described in Quesneville et al. 2. R4vsR3gff.txt This file contains a mapping between Release 4 TE annotations and Release 3 TE annotations mapped to the Release 4 sequence. Categories of relationships between Release 4 and Release 3 are described in detail in Quesneville et al.
