P{ovo-FLP.R} consists of a 1140 bp Sal1 to Hpa1 fragment carrying the ovo promoter driving FLP expression in a miniwhite-marked vector. P{ovo-FLP.R}M1A is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X chromosome insertion. P{ovo-FLP.R}F1B is a second chromosome insertion. P{ovo-FLP.R}M1B is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
