Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

3 files are associated with this personal communication.
1. Venken.2007.4.11.pdf
A diagram showing the two versions of "piggyBac-yellow[+]-attP" that
were used to generate docking sites in the genome. Docking sites can be
used for phiC31-mediated integration of DNA fragments into the genome.
2. Venken.2007.4.11.doc
A table of the specific docking site insertions listed in Supplementary
Table 1 of the Science paper, showing which particular version of"piggyBac-yellow[+]-attP" is present in each insertion. These insertions
are available from the Bloomington Stock Center.
3. Venken.2007.4.11.xls
A table of genes for which rescue constructs have been obtained using
phiC31-mediated integration. This list corresponds to those genes that
have "Yes" in the phiC31 column of Table 2. of the Science paper and
shows which particular docking site insertion and donor fragment was
used to generate the rescue construct.
