P{UAS-Khc.EGFP} was generated by cloning the Khc head domain sequence (a SphI-BstI fragment corresponding to bases 248-2134 of the GenBank sequence) fused to EGFP sequence into pP{UAST}. P{UAS-Khc.EGFP}2 is a second chromosome insertion. P{UAS-Khc.EGFP}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
