I have a question about the NcL32 allele.  Fig. 3 of Xu et al, (2005) Development 132(9): 2125--2134 shows droncL32 as Leu25-> Glu
which corresponds to       CTG to GAG
I was wondering if it is actually Leu25 to Gln (CTG to CAG)
which requires a one nucleotide change rather than two?

Yes, the NcL32 changes Leu25 to a Gln, not a Glu.
