Text of Personal Communication	The attached release 5 sequence coordinates are our current best estimates of the molecular breakpoints of the BSC deficiencies in the Bloomington collection. When available, a FlyBase release 5 sequence coordinate for the progenitor insertion (derived from a GenBank flanking sequence accession) was used as the breakpoint. In the remaining cases the stated release 3 coordinates from Thibault et al., 2004, Supplementary Table 2 (FBrf0174227) or Supplementary Table 3 (FBrf0174228), were converted to release 5 coordinates. A comment indicating the basis for each coordinate is included. Conversion of sequence coordinates from release 3 to release 5 was done using the FlyBase Coordinate Converter tool.
