Subject: Mutations from Jim Kennison
Date: Mon, 01 Dec 2008 10:01:37 -0500 (15:01 GMT)
The following information accompanied stocks donated to the
Bloomington Stock Center by Jim Kennison, National Institutes of Health.
CyK is a dominant, EMS-induced allele of Cy. It fails to
complement Cy1 and has a similar phenotype.
Tb93 is a homozygous viable, EMS-induced mutation with a dominant
phenotype similar to Tb1. Tb93 maps to the same chromosomal
region as Tb, so allelism is assumed.
l(3)72Dr is a lethal complementation group mapping within
Df(3L)th102. l(3)72Dr1 is an EMS-induced allele.
The following complementation groups and mutant alleles map within
Df(3L)kto2:
l(3)76BDh with EMS-induced allele l(3)76BDh1
l(3)76BDw with EMS-induced allele l(3)76BDw1
The following EMS-induced, recessive lethal mutations map to
complementation groups within Df(3L)kto2:
Rab81
l(3)76BDg1
l(3)76BDi6
l(3)76BDj3
l(3)76BDd2
serp76BDk-3 (Fails to complement serpe02821; synonym l(3)76BDk3)
Gyc76C76BDl-3 (Fails to complement Gyc76CA377; synonym l(3)76BDl3)
CG879376BDm-12 (Fails to complement l(3)L3809L3809; synonym l(3)76BDm12)
LCBP176BDx-6 (Fails to complement LCBP1KG07819; synonym l(3)76BDx6)

What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.
