Beckingham Dear Professor Beckingham, I am currently adding data into FlyBase from your paper: FBrf0204919: Texada, M. et al., 2008. yuri gagarin is required for actin, tubulin and basal body functions in Drosophila spermatogenesis. J. Cell Sci. 121: 1926-1936. Specifically, I would like to know which transposon was used to generate each mutation. Can you tell me which of the two transposons (P{GawB}yuri^c263 and KG03019) correspond to each mutation generated (yuri^LE1, yuri^L5, and yuri^F64?
