FlyAtlas provides an extensive view of expression in multiple tissues of adults and third instar larvae. Data are provided
to FlyBase for 16 distinct adult tissues and for 7 distinct larval tissues. The dataset comprises Affymetrix Dros2 expression
arrays, with 4 replicates for each tissue. The Affymetrix Dros2 expression arrays represent 18770 transcripts -- corresponding
to the vast majority of known Drosophila genes.
