The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Mattias Alenius, Linköping University.
P{Gr64b-Cd8a.GFP} is similar to odorant receptor constructs described in Couto et al. (http://flybase.org/reports/FBrf0187305.html).  The Gr64b (http://flybase.org/reports/FBgn0045478.html) promoter drives expression of the Mmus\Cd8a extracellular and transmembrane domains, four tandem copies of Avic\GFP, and two  T:Hsap \MYC epitope tags. The construct is expressed in odorant sensory neurons Ab5a, Ab5b and Ab8b. 
P{Gr64b-Cd8a.GFP}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
