The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by David Van Vactor, Harvard University.
UAS-sponge constructs were generated by the same approach used in Fulga et al. (FBrf0228710), though are not specifically mentioned in that paper, and inserted into P{CaryP}att2 and P{CaryP}att40 target sites. Construct and insertion symbols are given below.
