The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Thomas Clandinin and Leland Owens, Stanford University.
The InSITE GAL4 insertion line collection consists of transgenic fly stocks containing an insertion of either the P{IT.GAL4} or PBac{IT.GAL4} enhancer trap element.
The 'Associated Files' for this personal communication consist of .xlsx files that that were submitted to FlyBase at the time that each set of the fly stocks was sent to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center.
The .xlsx files contain data primarily concerning the sequence location of the inserted element, and the identities of any gene(s) into which the element is inserted.
