The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Travis Johnson, Monash University. Coral Warr's lab, in collaboration with Hugo Bellen, has generated a collection of ~350 human-ORF UAS lines. The transgenes have been gateway cloned from the human ORFeome v8.1 collection of human ORFs described in Yang et al. 2011 Nature Methods, into the vector pUASgHA.attB (Bischof et al. 2013, FBrf0221597) which adds a 3x HA epitope to the C-terminus of the encoded protein. These transgenes are all inserted at the ZH-86Fb site.
