Mi{GT-QF2}SPARCMI00329-QF2 is an insertion made by Recombination Mediated Cassette Exchange of a QF2 cassette into Mi{MIC}SPARCMI00329 (FBti0129292). The GT-QF2 cassette used to make Mi{GT-QF2} was generated by substituting QF2 in for QF in the pBS-KS-attB1-2-GT-SA-QF-Hsp70 (FBmc0003061) vector from Venken et al. (FBrf0216331).
Mi{GT-GAL80}SPARCMI00329-G80 is an insertion made by Recombination Mediated Cassette Exchange of a GAL80 cassette into Mi{MIC}SPARCMI00329 (FBti0129292). The GT-GAL80 cassette used to make Mi{GT-GAL80} was generated by substituting GAL80 into one of the pBS-KS-attB1-2-GT-SA vectors from Venken et al. (FBrf0216331).
