In the published "Supplementary file 1", "Sheet 1" reports the main, sGFP transgeneOme genome-wide set that is available for order. Please consider only constructs from "Sheet 1" for FlyBase incorporation. We created an updated new Excel-File (attached) for "Sheet 1" with 3 new columns that unambiguously identify the tag location site: "Tag location (genomic coordinates) redone", "r5 coordinates", and "r6 coordinates". We also created two .csv files containing FlyFos fosmid insert mappings, and a file with the primers used.
