After consultation with the authors, the symbols and molecular descriptions of the trx and ash1 alleles in Table 1 of FBrf0233053 have been updated as follows:

B. Molecular characterization updates
trxAM2 (trxS2582a in the table) and trxAM3 (trxS2582b in the table) are both listed at S2582Amber mutations but are actually Q2582Amber (codon 2582 is a Gln, not a Ser).
Both result from a C->T substitution at  3R:14 ,268,577 that changes CAG(Gln) into TAG(Amber).

2. ash1 alleles 
The amino acid locations reported for the ash1 mutations are 9 amino acids off relative to the current ash1 gene annotation which was significantly updated in 2011. At that time, based on cDNA and RNA-seq exon junction data, the splice donor of the first coding exon was updated to use a GC splice donor 11 bases downstream of the originally annotated GT splice donor. The change in splice donor changed the reading frame which necessitated the use of an alternative upstream ATG start. The first coding exon currently encodes 28 amino acids rather than 19 as originally annotated which changed the amino acid numbering for all of the downstream amino acids.

For allele ash1AM3 (W790* in Table 1)
The change is at position  3R:19 ,595,839. G->A. This changes a TGG(W) to a TAG(amber) at amino acid #779 (current annotation).
For allele ash1AM4 (Q893* in Table 1)
The change is at position  3R:19 ,595,471. C->T. This changes a CAA(Q) to a TAA(ochre) at amino acid #902 (current annotation). This could now be called Q902* or Q902term.
For allele ash1AM5 (H1873W in Table 1)
The change is at position  3R:19 ,592,468. C->T. This changes a CAT(H) to a TAT(Y=tyrosine) at amino acid #1882 (current annotation). This was reported as H->W in Table 1 but is actually H->Y. 
For allele ash1B1 (Q1660* in Table 1)
The change is at position  3R:19 ,593,107. C->T. This changes a CAG(Q) to a TAG(amber) at amino acid #1669 (current annotation).
