In FBrf0223478, the molecular lesion for DlicA is reported as Q1090term and DlicB is reported as R1021term but the longest Dlic isoforms are only 493 aa long.
I double checked the Dlic variant, which we identified through Sanger Sequencing.
This seems to have been written as CDS coordinates and not amino acid coordinates. The mutations are as follows:
DlicA : 1090bp of CDS, C>T (CAG to TAG)
DlicB : 1021bp of CDS, A>T (AGA to TGA)
