Comments
	Circe hybridises to the chromocenter and only one euchromatic site, 42A, on the second chromosome in polytene chromosomes. Circe hybridises mainly to centric heterochromatin in mitotic chromosomes. (Losada et al., 1999) Circe transposon is identified and shown to be associated with dodecasatellite. Circe hybridises to an autosome, the X chromosome and the region h18-h19 on the Y chromosome. (Losada et al., 1997)
