hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
The lethality found in Rcd5[rG166] mutant third instar larvae can be rescued through expression of Rcd5[Scer\UAS.cAa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Scer\FRT.Rnor\CD2.Act5C].
Rcd5[rG166]/Rcd5[c00114] transheterozygotes exhibit severe growth defects, and although they survive for an extended period in the third instar, they fail to pupariate. Rcd5[c07041]/Rcd5[rG166] transheterozygotes exhibit severe growth defects, and although they survive for an extended period in the third instar, they fail to pupariate.
