hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
An ena[02029] heterozygous background increases the proportion of DAAM[Ex68] mutant embryos that exhibit CNS defects.
Stage 15 transheterozygous Df(2R)en-SFX31/ena[02029] embryos exhibit defects in central nervous system scaffolding with gaps in longitudinal tracts, loss of posterior commissures, or fusion of commissures in about 74.5% of the segments.
Heterozygosity for ena02029 does not interfere with the Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf>Hsap\APPScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC-induced increase in sLNv axonal arborization.
S48-5/ena02029 mutants show 7.77%+-2.95 misrotated ommatidia compared to 9.55%+-1.43 seen in S48-5 mutants alone.
