Member of Large Scale Dataset(s)
Dataset

A set of mutant stocks derived by insertional mutagenesis using the P-element construct P{PZ}; most lines have a lethal or sterile phenotype. The P{PZ} construct carries a ry[+] visible marker, Ecol\lacZ enhancer trap sequences, and bacterial sequences that allow plasmid rescue.
Insertion lines from this collection were assessed for inclusion in the Gene Disruption Project collection.

Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Heterozygosity for Cam[03909] partially rescues the flightless phenotype caused by expression of either Hsap\MYBPC3[Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC], Hsap\MYBPC3[M6.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] or Hsap\MYBPC3[M0.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC] under the control of Scer\GAL4[sd-SG29.1].
The amount of backward movement seen in Cam03909/Camn339 larvae is increased by high light intensity.
Shows an extended third instar phenotype.

Statement
Reference
During all larval stages, expressed in lateral secretory cells (prothoracic gland) and medial secretory cells (corpus allatum) of the ring gland.
In the adult, expressed in a discrete region of the central brain.
