Enhancer trap gene expression is observed in four dorsal and 6 ventral muscles. In ventral longitudinal muscle 1, the expression is observed in a single nucleus of the syncytial muscle, near the contact site of the motorneuronal growth cone. Expression is also observed in the CNS in motoneurons aCC, RP2, RP5, and U.
In the pharynx, expressed in floor and roof, but not the lateral walls, in the basal cell layer.
