hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
The rate of loss of homozygous wcd[k07824] germline stem cell clones (GSCs) in the ovary as females age is much more pronounced than the rate of loss of wild-type GSCs as females age. Homozygous ventral nerve cord neuroblast clones produce fewer ganglion cells than wild-type neuroblast clones. The mutant neuroblasts are on average half the size of wild-type neuroblasts.
