Mutant larvae expressing amnEP346 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 display a phenotype in which the distal ISN and its synaptic branches are very thin and synapses are reduced in size.
Mutant larvae expressing amnEP346 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects. Mutant larvae expressing amnEP346 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have reduced or abnormal synapses.
