hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Dorsalisation of the eggs laid by sqd1/sqdK12 transheterozygotes is enhanced by Hrb27C02647/Hrb27C377 so that 100% show some degree of dorsalisation.
<2% of eggs laid by Hrb27C02647/Hrb27C377 females exhibit any degree of dorsalisation. Nurse cell chromosomes in Hrb27C377/Hrb27C02647 females do not disperse properly after stage 6 of oogenesis.
The penetrance and severity of embryonic cuticle patterning defects in osk3\'UTR.Scer\UAS.P\T; Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 embryos is enhanced by Hrb27C02647/+.
The organisation and polarity of the oocyte cytoskeleton is somewhat abberant in these Hrb27C02647/Hrb27C02647 germline clones.
Hrb27Ck10413/Hrb27C02647 flies are viable but usually have small nicks in the wing margin.
Mutation enhances the ectopic scutellar bristle phenotype seen from Scer\GAL4455.2-mediated expression of l(1)scScer\UAS.cHa.
