Ecol\lacZodd-rK111 drives expression in Scer\GAL4ChAT.7.4 positive Odd neurons.
Ecol\lacZodd-rK111 drives expression in odd positive neurons.
Expression is observed at the proximal side of the joints between the pretarsus and fifth tarsomere, between the first tarsomere and tibia, between the tibia and femur, between the femur and trochanter, and between the trochanter and coxa. In the adult prothoracic leg, expression is observed at the proximal side of the Ti/Ta-1 joint and at the fifth tarsomere, just proximal to the claw.
Reporter expression is observed in all larval stages in the antennal disc. In late L3, reporter expression resolves into two rings in the antennal region and a stripe in the maxillary palp region of the disc. The pattern is coincident with that of odd. The two rings likely map to the head capsule:a1 and a1:a2 joints in the adult antenna.
In third instar and early pupal leg disc, expressed in rings in the distal joint of the tibia. Not expressed in the tarsal joints.
In leg discs of third instar larva, expressed in pattern of concentric rings.
