The embryos resulting from the cross between polo[11]/+, Pp2A-29B[EP2332]/+ mothers and wild-type fathers hatch at wild-type rates.
The mitotic spindle is misaligned with the cortical crescent in some Pp2A-29B[CB-5426-3]/Pp2A-29B[EP2332] neuroblasts.
