hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Co-expression of sogScer\UAS.cYa and cvEP1349 in the posterior compartment of the wing, driven by Scer\GAL4en-e16E, results in truncation of longitudinal veins in this compartment and the appearance of ectopic veins in the anterior compartment.
Expression of cvEP1349 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH results in eyes that are slightly reduced in size. Flies expressing cvEP1349 under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.2sev have wild-type eyes. Flies expressing cvEP1349 under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E have wild-type wings.
