Mutant larvae expressing Fas2EP1462 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects. Mutant larvae expressing Fas2EP1462 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have excessive or ectopic synapses. Mutant larvae expressing Fas2EP1462 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have reduced or abnormal synapses.
