ScerGAL4^C133-C133] is expressed in fibres appearing to correspond to fibres in the AGT (antenno-glomerular tract, also called the inner antenno-cerebral tract), which connects the antennal lobe to the ipsi- and contralateral mushroom body calyx, and to the lateral protocerebrum/lateral horn. Expression is also seen in neurons entering the antennal lobe via the antennal nerve and terminating ipsi- and contralaterally within a set of dorsomedial glomeruli.
