Reference
pucE69 Sac1L2F double heterozygous embryos show defects in the dorsal cuticle (anterior head holes and/or puckering). Sac1BG02228 shows no genetic interactions with pucE69 or bsk1.
Homozygous embryos have dorsal anterior holes in the cuticle. The mutant embryos do not show premature apical constriction of amnioserosa cells. Sac1BG02228/Sac1L2F embryos have dorsal anterior holes in the cuticle and puckering of the dorsal cuticle.
