hide Detailed Description
Statement
Reference
Expression of Hsp27[Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1] under the control of Scer\GAL4[da.G32] largely rescues the increased susceptibility of Hsp27[KG03935] flies to infection with Enterobacter cloacae, Listeria monocytogenes or Beauveria bassiana.
Mutant flies show a reduced rate of survival compared to wild-type controls after infection with either Enterobacter cloacae, Listeria monocytogenes or Beauveria bassiana.
