Heterozygosity for polo[KG03033] does not result in increased levels of achiasmate X or 4th chromosome non-disjunction in In(1)FM7/X females (the In(1)FM7 chromosome is present to fully suppress X chromosomal exchange).
polo[KG03033]/+ suppresses the elevated levels of achiasmate X and 4th chromosome nondisjunction seen in In(1)FM7/X mtrm[126]/+ females.
