Reference
At 25[o]C, 62% of embryos derived from homozygous females mated to wild-type males develop to cycle 10 or beyond, 65% develop to the initiation of gastrulation or beyond, and 12% hatch. At 18[o]C, 78% of embryos derived from homozygous females mated to wild-type males develop to cycle 10 or beyond, 86% develop to the initiation of gastrulation or beyond, and 76% hatch. At 25[o]C, 67% of embryos derived from nopo[Z1447]/Df(2R)Exel7153 females mated to wild-type males develop to cycle 10 or beyond, 12% develop to the initiation of gastrulation or beyond, but none of them hatch.
